Checking in at the CIA
General conference registration will begin on Wednesday, February 5, 2020, in The Culinary Institute of America at Copia’s Atrium on the first floor. Please note that you will not be able to register for the conference before 9:30 a.m.
Prior to or after you register, you are encouraged to shop or browse in The Store at CIA Copia, which is stocking a number of new and special items just for this conference. All conference attendees are eligible to receive preferred pricing (a 10% discount) on most items available at the campus store, but you must show your conference name badge to be eligible for preferred pricing.
